The discussion between the Creative Archive Licence Group and Free Culture UK, an organisation dedicated to the promotion of a "open, participatory culture", has continued.

Paul Gerhardt, the BBC's project director of the Creative Archive Licence, has responded in detail to the points raised by Free Culture UK in their open letter to the licence group.
