Creative Archive Seminar

A half day seminar is being convened as part of the launch of the Creative Archive Licence Group. The seminar, titled Creative Fuel for the Nation: unlocking television, film and radio for the public, is structured to work on many of the issues that need to be resolved in order to implement the full Creative Archive proposition.

Lord Puttnam of Queensgate starts the event with the keynote speech. Also on the agenda are discussions on the shape of the national Creative Archive, the user experience and enabling creativity and how to get the balance right between public and commercial rights.

We hope to publish a series of notes coming out of the seminar topics over the next few days.
